Returns
Our Return Policy
If you picked the wrong size, don’t like the item, or have any other issue with your order, we’ll happily arrange a return within 14 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns of washed, heavily used, or dirty products.
1 | Notify Us
Shoot us an Email at info@sunicefestival.ch, mentioning your Order Number and which items you would like to return. We’ll get back to you shortly.
2 | Ship the item
We’ll provide you with instructions on how to ship the item. The cost of return shipment to Switzerland falls on the customer, unless the product is defective.
3 | Get your refund
Once we get your return item, we’ll refund your original payment method within 2 weeks.
